If you are looking to stream audio from your T.V. Seriously give this a try you won't be disappoint.

It seems to be working fine. My wife uses it with a pair of Beats studio headphones and the sound is clear.

The only reason for the lower rating on value is that it ticks me off the Best Buy tv didn’t have an earphone jack as many don’t. So you buy a tv and then have to buy this.

Can't verify sound quality as I have nothing to compare to. My headphones are a little bright sounding but unsure if it's the MEE or the phones.

I connected it with blue tooth headphones helping me hear more syllables. My hearing was damaged in wartime combat. I'm happy with the purchase.
