Our brand new Sony 4K Ultra HD TV, of course, only allows only 1 Bluetooth device to pair with it at a time. So, along comes the MEE audio Bluetooth connector to allow us to use 2 sets of headphones. We are a really rare breed of people--we actually care that we don't create sound pollution when our windows are open in the evening. So when we want to watch something at a higher volume, both of us wear headphones. We also use these to get a better sound quality than even the Bose sound bar and sub-woofer that is natively connected to our TV. I have one gripe, but it's about the TV, not this device. The device has a connector for optical audio. The TV has exactly 1 output, which is used by the Bose sound bar. As we are not into switching cabling every time we want to go from the sound bar to headphones, the MEE audio is plugged into the old-fashioned RCA connectors. That's OK, but it does limit a little the sound quality. Syncing appears to be spot on, and there are no noticeable artifacts or other issues introduced into the sound stream by this device. Excellent solution. P.S. to get both headphones to pair, I had to turn the TV off. Otherwise, it kept trying to interfere with the pairing process and nothing would pair.

Overall a great value. Easy to use and doesn’t take up a lot of counter top space.

My Father is 81. His hearing is less than optimal, to say the least. With this device, and a set of earbuds with a very crisp high end, he can now hear dialog of his golf games. Also, it has the capability to connect Bluetooth, AND enable the TV volume to be separately controlled. One of the best sound system devices I've purchased!

Works just fine easy set up Highly Recommended for anyone

I was a little worried that maybe this would be hard to set up and use but it was very easy. I just plugged in the power and then audio cable to TV. Turned on blue tooth headphones, pressed the button and they paired. I can pair two blue tooth headphones, so when I'm with my girlfriend we can both watch together and set the volume separately on our headphones. I love watching my TV with headphones. Quiet for the neighbors and I get the full effect of hearing every detail.

If you have a problem, READ THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY all my questions were answered there. On line directions are available. Q#1) Turning on Bluetooth: Press either A or B button one time quickly. Do Not hold the button down. Q#2) Reconnecting a previously paired device (ex. headphones) Hold the activation button down on you device just long enough to turn it on. Holding it down longer will turn on "re-pairing" again. Takes just a few secomds to connect.

This item paired with our TV seamlessly. It allows us to listen thru our Bluetooth speaker and be further away from the tv when it’s paired. Great when cooking or otherwise multitasking and can’t close to the tv. Great little device. It’s like having surround sound without buying a whole system.

Needed for my parents for headphone and speaker to help with hearing tv (older folks with hearing issues). Was nervous at first because I'm usually skeptical with electronics but this was one of the easiest set ups of other electronics I was helping them with over the weekend. Opened box, plugged into power, plugged in optical audio cable (came with two other audio connection cables as well so you had options) pressed blue tooth pairing button paired with a pair of sony WH-CH510 headphones and was listening to tv with headphones in about 5 minutes. Great distance too, had the TV on in the living room and went outside through a sunroom and was at lest 30 ft away through 2 patio doors and still got reception. Great device and it allows you to pair two devices so we also paired a wireless speaker as well.

This was needed to use my Bluetooth headphones with my TV which doesn’t have Bluetooth. Setup was easy and range let’s me listen in any room of my house.

Awesome bluetooth transmitter. MEE actually has good reputation in audio. My Sennheiser RF headphones stopped charging. So I was looking for another similar or better headphone for home theater private listening at night. Then thought to try this out to pair with a solid BT HD headpone that I have. It works like gem. You do not need the RF wireless headphones with your home theater for private listening at night. Moreover this can be paired with two headphones - so two people can use if needed.

This unit was recommended by Jason in the tv section in Hawaii because I was struggling to unsuccessfully pair my sister’s headphones wireless (Sony and royal) to an Aluratek Bluetooth transmitter that I was ultimately returning. The setup instructions are clear and easy to follow. Both of my sister’s headphones paired up quickly on our first try and are working to perfection. In fact, I am seriously thinking of switching my Aluratek unit (recommended by a tech in the Moore OK store) with the MEE just in case I want to add my Sony headset to my husband’s tv.

I bought this to replce my existing bluetooth connection that just stopped working from my TV. This was very easy to setup - paring was flawless. I like that it has a power button as well and gives you the opportunity to shut it off when not in use. The selling point was that its Bluetooth 5.X and I had no latency between the video and audio when transmitting. keep in mind it does have limitged range as do all Bluetooth devices but this one was flawless. I forget its even there. Small footprint too :)

The MEE Audio Bluetooth adapter works very well. It has great range, and I've note had any problems linking headphones to my television using it. It worked so well, I went back and bought another one!

Easy to use device. You can link 2 devices at the same time. Provides good quality audio depending on the quality of your headphones. Great way to watch TV or listen to music without disturbing others. I connected the transmitter via the Digital Optical connection and the audio quality is just as good as connecting to my iPhone.

This product is AWESOME! I use it with my T.V. to link 2 bluetooth wireless devices: speaker and earphones. I love how small it is, with minimal wires, and easy set-up. It also provides great reception allowing me to hear the T.V. with speaker/ earphones even when I'm in a different room or on a different level in 2-story home. Great Product!

My basic requirement was 2 bluetooth headphones connected wirelessly for me and my wife while my 8months old baby is sleeping. And I must say that this handles this beautifully. I have tried other similar products but this 1 is by far the best. It can be paired with multiple devices but can connect with 2 device at the same time. It works flawlessly with most pair of headphones but if had to use another pair it does have little disturbance but its actually an inferrence so if you have cravking sound try changing 1 of the headphones with another, that should dolve that issue. I love this product.

To start with this product is easy to set up and works as it's supposed to. However I am hard of hearing. I can hear my tv clearer though my earbuds which is Bluetooth, but I'd like a volume control to pump up the volume which I can't do either though the tv, earbuds or the unit itself. I will be researching a product that has Bluetooth ( which works fine) but I'd like an amplfier so I can make it louder. As far as this product it does work as intended and even for me it's clearer but I need something that i can make louder.

I was given a pair of beats by Apple and wanted to use them to watch TV at my own volume level. I purchased this receiver since the digital TV ears are so expensive and quit working in a few months (battery dies and ate costly to replace) this receive was very easy to set up. I used the digital audio cable and I am very happy with the sound. Now I can listen with my head set and everyone else can listen through the TV speakers. I love it!
