Pairing was exactly as simple as I thought it would be; however; after a few attempts I was able to pair the Bose headphones and now I can sleep in peace as my wife watches television in bed with the Bose wireless headphones continuously synced to the television!!

My 2 bt speakers (admittedly different brands and on different sides of the room) were noticeably lagging from each other. The one closest to the transmitter didn't really have a noticeable lag from the picture, but the one further away was very off.
