It did not work for me to give me separate sound so my wife could hear at her reduced volume. It did not serve my purpose to hook it up with the other wires.

Additionally Best Buy is now losing my future business due to return policy. I picked up the item during COVID 19 curbside pickup on 5/22/20, today is 6/9//20 less than 30 days and they state that returning the item expired on 6/6/20.

Didn’t work right with the TV.

We connected this device to the TV per the instructions and the volume was so low you couldn’t hear anything. My son connected the device to his cell phone and it worked great. The main reason was to connect it to the TV so my Father in law could hear better because he is hard of hearing and needs the TV volume louder than the rest of us. I think that it was the box that transmits the signal to the earphones that was defective. Father in law also didn’t like the fact he couldn’t wear his hearing aide with earphones. Ultimately returned for refund.

I did not like it and took it back the store for a full refund
