Keeps breaking up and stopping sound

The sound is great when it's working. You can see the delay in speech on TV to when it hits your ears. I like the concept, just hate the interruption in sounds.

This is my second pair to be used in the den on my Toshiba FireStick TV. Already have a pair for the bedroom. They allow me to watch TV while my spouse sleeps in silence.
