Great experience, excellent and professional customer service! I watched the Geek Squad member provide awesome service to the person in front of me, that person was soo happy that the issue with their equipment could be resolved. After finishing with that person, he provided me with that same great service!! The service was completed in a day. I think the Geek Squad member name was Salvador. I had an additional RAM card added to my new laptop, he was knowledgeable and helpful with getting the service scheduled and completed.

The agent upgraded the RAM in my laptop. It was done nicely and my laptop is very fast now.

I needed additional RAM installed in my new Lenovo computer that was purchased at Best Buy. The Geek Squad recommended a product, set up an appointment for installation, and when I brought my computer in, they were quick and efficient when it came to the installation. They were finished in less than an hour. They checked to make sure computer was running and all systems operated properly before returning the computer. However, when I got the computer home, after about 20 minutes, it started to shut down and reboot. I would do this repeatedly: run for several minutes then reboot for no apparent reason. I took it back to Best Buy and they removed the installed RAM, and refunded purchase. Even though it didn't work for me, Geek Squad was quick to fix all issues.

The install of more RAM was very fast and efficient. I was very happy with the process. My computer ran great but the very first day I used it for work the screen went out in the middle of working with a customer. It proceeded to do this about 5 times over the next 2 weeks. Since I can't afford to lose customers like this I brought it back to the Geek Squad and they said it was probably a coincidence that it happened after the install ( even though it never did it once in the previous 3 years of owning the computer). They said they could fix it for $180 or join the Geek Squad for $180 so I joined the Geek Squad. It still does it. Sooooooo ended up having to buy a new computer through Amazon because my trust level has really gone down,

My laptop was running slow due to a lack of available storage capacity. I went to Geek Squad to purchase and install an additional 8GB DDR4. I dropped off my laptop midafternoon and had a call to pick-up it up the same day, much to my happy surprise.

Customer service was professional and courteous, with staff providing a follow-up call before proceeding with service to discuss risk of damage. I was very pleased with experience.

Very fast install and great costumer service! Unfortunately I forgot the name of the employee that helped me, I’m very bad at remembering names. He was knowledgeable and very fast. The price is a little bit steep for how simple the installation is. That said it’s pretty convenient.

I installed it a year ago and it is still running smoothly, really excellent satisfaction and excellent quality.

They left my old chips in so now I have even more RAM
