After a long time of trying to do it myself I finally had to go with help and of course they did it in no time.

Did a great job and choosing this service, they are always there to help someone out and explain things where we can understand.

They helped get the data from my old dead computer to a file on my new computer. Very helpful showing me where and how to use and get to my data.

The agent installed the printer to my new laptop. I had trouble getting the printer to work and they did a fine job.

Geek squad made this so easy for me and cleaned up hard drive as they were installing. Purchased the extra inexpensive plan from them as well

Did great job loaded new software to new computer ie Web root & Microsoft office

I opted for bestbuy to install the new hard drive, which was smart because I don't know how to do that stuff. The staff was friendly and fast and I was in and out of there pretty quick.

The tech at the store removed and reinstalled the security software on my father in laws computer. He was GREAT

I was very displeased with the guy at the front desk at this store. Tried to make me feel stupid. I have to say I will never go back to geek squad at this location again. The work was done so I give three stars. I wanted to give one but since the work was done right and I got what I asked for I will leave it at three. I was just so disappointed after having suck a great experience at the elkridge location. Sadly Hanover had the appointment time I needed.

The Geek squad saved my old data and were able to reinstall it on my new computer, they did a great job.
