Gooood customer service , they treat u right !!!

I opted for bestbuy to install the new hard drive, which was smart because I don't know how to do that stuff. The staff was friendly and fast and I was in and out of there pretty quick.

I made an appointment because our employee needed a memory upgrade on her laptop. I explained over the phone that I needed to charge it to our corporate card over the phone and they said it was fine so we booked an appointment. However once arriving at the scheduled time they told her they couldn't do that. When I asked why the manager "Evangela" was extremely rude and unprofessional, did not acknowledge that they had not kept their commitment, did not offer any solution, and abruptly stopped talking about the situation when I asked why.

Geek Squad at mission valley is great. Customer service always top notch

after going with it they did a great job and when I went pick up the guy was so much more patience and better, was a better experiences

I was very displeased with the guy at the front desk at this store. Tried to make me feel stupid. I have to say I will never go back to geek squad at this location again. The work was done so I give three stars. I wanted to give one but since the work was done right and I got what I asked for I will leave it at three. I was just so disappointed after having suck a great experience at the elkridge location. Sadly Hanover had the appointment time I needed.

Okay. These guys are UH-MAZ-ING. I was seriously in and out in less than 5 minutes. Best experience EVER.

This was done quickly and efficient but took than expected, because they did not have this very common product In the store.

The tech at the store removed and reinstalled the security software on my father in laws computer. He was GREAT
