This was the worst experience ever! These people were asked to add 400 g of RAM to my work laptop. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and the person who assisted me, tried to convince me that he needed access to everything on my computer in order to install the RAM. The appointment took 1 hour and I had to call my Supervisor to get her to talk to their manager to explain that we only wanted 400 g of RAM installed, per our original phone call. When I picked up the laptop 36 hours later it wouldn't even turn on. It has not worked since I brought it into the GEEK Squad to have additional RAM installed. These people don't know what thy are doing and I feel that a full refund is warranted.

they installed it in like 3 days and it couldve taken my like 10 min at no cost but they charged 35$ and my pc didint even work.

I asked to install 2 memory sticks of faster ram into the laptop and they only installed 1. Plus I had to advise on that also. Not what I was hoping for.

The requested install never happened. I was sent the wrong Memory Card that was selected by the Inline Sales person. He also sold me installation that never happened. I received the incorrect memory in on shipment and the computer in another.

Paid for istall and chips on 19th at 2:00was told would be done next day when in at 3:30 today 20th and install has noteven been looked at was not busy and tech was up front insted of working on products so far am not happy with services

For a Dell laptop device bought from best buy, they charged $100 for OS re-install as it was asking for bitlocker key which was never shared with me. I could have bought and done so myself. Why to take back to best buy.

When the techs put the ram into my computer THAT I JUST PURCHASED I got it back and it took 30 min to open it is now the slowest piece of crap. Almost as fast as a TRS 80

I was going to upgrade my RAM but they were unable to find a RAM that was compatible with my laptop. I was notified of this after I left the store... I don't know why they didn't tell me earlier.

They did the job well; but, I gave it a bad review because I feel that it is unfair that I have to pay $40 for geek squad to install some additional ram in my laptop. When I had purchased the laptop and ram at Best Buy.

I had a very bad experience a bestbuy. Increase geek squad salaries and find better tech people.

Some type of plug-in for computer for my son.I don’t remember the name of it. But they said it could not fit the computer.

Geek Squad is knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately the counter was short handed. ( Not uncommon any more ) I feel that of the other knowledgeable floor persons might be capable to expedite the checkout Process. I understand there might be a company customer procedure. But the ability to multi task was missing. A Combined hour plus for drop off and pickup. The online appointment system was way to complicated. I had a paid invoice. Let me enter the Info. And pick an available appointment time. I didn't want to be up sold. Or set up an account. By the time I tried to navigate the Apt. I missed the only time I had available to pick up my Product. Had to do a walk in. All and all . I am pleased with the product and install time. I will use your service again. Thank you for your time
