Very fast install and great costumer service! Unfortunately I forgot the name of the employee that helped me, I’m very bad at remembering names. He was knowledgeable and very fast. The price is a little bit steep for how simple the installation is. That said it’s pretty convenient.

I bought a laptop from best buy with only 16gbs of ram. I bought 32gbs from them and they were able to install in under an hour. I highly recommend it if you arent quite happy with all of the laptop specifications.

Had some computer issues and didn't know what to do, or whom to trust (I'm not a very trusting person). Took my computer to Geek Squad. They checked it and found nothing wrong, but they did put in some extra security in the computer for me and it works like brand new again. These folks know what they are doing, which is nice for people like me. They won't sell you something that you don't need and in today's World, that is a refreshing feeling. The Geek Squad has earned my respect and trust in what they do, and it is a nice feeling to know that there are still people in the World who work on those principles.
