Had them set up a new computer. Got it home and there was a problem with it recognizing the D drive 1 tb. Think a loose connection I expect they should. Have checked, but , Took it back they said it was fine. Good news they did it while I waited and set up a few perks for me.

Agent transferred information from my old phone to my new phone but did not show me. Any of the features?

Geek squad did a great job installing my son's memory, only issue I had, was they had me order the wrong memory, lucky I ordered it thru BestBuys website, so I was able to return it there with Geek Squad, and then they ordered the correct memory.

Installed extra new memory sticks in my new laptop. I was given the old memory sticks back. I haven't had any problems using the laptop. It works quickly and can handle many programs running at the same time.

They were great, was quick and they were patient with me.

Service person was polite and professional and informative. service was quick and efficient.

I had purchased a new laptop with decent specs like I-7 8th generation etc....was not quite good enough so I had the Geek Squad add double the memory...they completed the work in timely fashion and I am very happy with the results

They installed an extra 16 GV RAM in my new computer but it took over half an hour as they were not familiar with the bios needs of my new computer (bought from them), On the other hand they got it to work, which is what counts.

They diagnosed the problem and assisted in finding a solution, even though in the end I found the solution with them just trying to have me order stuff online. I had an appointment and still had to wait 30 mins beyond it to get help. It took the guy in the back 2 mins to find the problem (which they charged like 40 for) and then took him even less time to put in the new part (which they charged another 40 or more for). The agents were nice and kinda helpful but at those prices I would be better off just going to the numerous numbers of mom and pop shops around town and getting it done cheaper with less wait time. You would think when you buy a como that was over a thousand dollars from a place they would find something to make it cheaper but I guess not, oh well you live and learn.

Since my memory installation on my laptop I have not run out of space and everything seems to be running and working great The geek squad was awesome and quick to help

I was out of town and purchased a new computer and memory. The Geek Squad was able to install it for me that day and only took about 15 minutes to do it. This was a great help because I live several hours away.

The guys there were really charismatic and witty sense of humor. They were knowledgeable and explained the whole process. They changed my RAM under an hour.

I took my 2011 MacBook pro in to upgrade the RAM. I tried to do it myself but I didn't have a small enough screwdriver to take the computer apart. These guys had the laptop back to me in under 30 minutes and the computer has been better ever since!
