The guys there were really charismatic and witty sense of humor. They were knowledgeable and explained the whole process. They changed my RAM under an hour.

I took my 2011 MacBook pro in to upgrade the RAM. I tried to do it myself but I didn't have a small enough screwdriver to take the computer apart. These guys had the laptop back to me in under 30 minutes and the computer has been better ever since!

they a good job, it was send it to a different location the one that took the mother board to be replaced could not provided with that kind of service. but over all goo job.
