It was very well received and quite a surprise. During this pandemic, I felt it was very important to keep family as close as possible no matter the physical distance. The portals brought the family members closer together.

Connecting family on video

Using technology is a challenge for them. We try to do a weekly video call with family members from various locations. So far it has been working perfectly. A little learning curve but not too hard.

Power cable design?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's great when on sale, I had it up and running in about 15 minutes "had to look for passwords" I didn't like the power cable with a long stick protruding from the back as it cannot be wall mounted due to this. I don't get why no USB like everything else? Now I have to make a shelf for it. Got it on sale so will live with it.
