I love this portal. It allows me to see my family when we all talk. Members of my family live in other states & counties. It is so much better to being able to see them than just talking to them all on the phone.

Everything about the product is good except we couldn’t get it to connect to a TV(for a bigger screen) via a USB-C to HDMI cable. The device just keeps restarting if I try to connect

Only can be use if plug in. Prefer the one that are rechargeable

This has been a great way to communicate with my grand-daughters during the quarantine. They live making faces with me. It has a great bluetooth speaker built in. That was a bonus. I just love the the Portal.

I not only purchased this one but I also purchased second last year. The portal was marketed with an artificial intelligent camera function for various video calls including Facebook live which is being taken off February 28. I’ve already talk to chat at Facebook portal and they see no workaround to this. That Facebook live portal was an integral part of my business as I shot every morning for my kitchen

Great quality and Autozoom feature is awesome. WhatsApp and Zoom calls are in built that I use. Voice commands to accept the video or Audio call or decline is cool feature. Love it for the bundle price, 55 each.

We have really enjoyed the use of our Portal. We use it to stay in touch with our children and grandchildren who live in three different locations. It's a great device for keeping in touch with our family.

Purchased (2) so that we could video chat with my mother-in-law. Set ours up, but have not visited her to set the other one up. I did call a friend who has a portal and it was great.

We absolutely love it! It was a Christmas gift to my parents so that we could video conference, especially during COVID. They have no problem using it. I didn’t give 5 stars due to I wish it could do more, but either way, I would highly recommend!

The Facebook Portal device is a wonderful way to stay connected with anyone using Facebook. Our Portal brings a real time video connection to our lovely but tech challenged senior family member.

This really helps with the current social distancing and family being out of town and out of state. It brought everyone together for the holidays. I'm very satisfied with this purchase!!

I like the connectivity aspect. It's easy for my in-laws to keep in touch with the grandkids. However, it is hard to place it somewhere convenient, due to the power cord, and the kids love to play with it, which means we have to keep it out of their reach.

Love the Facebook Portal that I got from Best Buy. One was for me, the other a gift yet to give. Delivery was quick and the product is easy to use.

Connection is a little sloppy, but when it does work properly the quality is very good for streaming. Works great for long distance communication with friends and loved ones.

Works very well. Great call quality and easy to set up. I'm impressed with how well the camera tracks us. The speaker audio is pretty high quality considering the slim design.

Facebook requires that you have and account with them or Whatsapp. I bought portal for my elderly mom but she doesn't want a Facebook or Whatsapp and is returning it I don't know anyone that wants a Portal so I'll be returning it

Great sale price and family loves it. Got 4 of them, and we are enjoying our video chats much more tahn using our phones.

I bought the portal for my dad and he uses it every night for his rosary session.... I'm pretty sure he approves... If he likes, then that makes me feel a little bit better..
