    Great way to stay in touch with grandkids. Having to plug it in really limits the possibilities. If you want to move to a different room you have to hang up and call back.

    bought this for my parents. They call more now , especially since we see each other. The portal is good, but maybe make one with larger buttons for the older users ?

    But this is a gift for parents who are in their 80s. It appears to work fairly well for them but they have a had a few issues connecting but I wouldn’t blame the device for that. Overall good product
