Great price an nice picture an easy to use. Nice size.

Although it took quite a bit of time to receive the device (ordered December 18 and received two devices in January three days apart after placing a call about the first lost one) This one is a Christmas gift for my teenage twins for me to stay in contact with. The device works well! I own the Portal that sits atop my smart television. We had fun using the applications on it, hopefully there will be others added in the future. Overall we like Portal!!

This portal really opened up the communication lines with my grandparents. It's super easy for them to use. Didn't like the initial set up process and almost took it back. But after setting it up it displays pictures from their Facebook account while they aren't actively using it to make video calls to family. The camera follows them if they move so they don't have to hold it. Also, they can turn off the mic and camera when they aren't using it for added privacy.

Good for video and the sound quality is great. Not to be used as a tablet because it lacks the ability to put useful apps on it.

Price is excellent. Can use a electronic phot album, Facetime call and much more

Wish this was still being supported and wish I bought more

This is ingenious!!! It’s a video phone, a digital picture frame, a digital music player, a datebook, & so much more! The video phone with all the features is worth the money on its own. You can call & talk, take a still pic, tell a video story with built in graphics, & more!! It’s easy to set up & easy to use, & during these times of unknown social settings (distances vs closeness)...it’s a lifesaver! It keeps families close ❤️ It’s worth every penny!!

Disappointed these were discontinued. Bought two for the grandparents and they enjoy them for their FB activities.

My wife's mom is 93 years old and lives by herself at home in a neighboring state. Though we call her a couple of times a day to check on her, we can hear the loneliness and sense of isolation in her voice. I was convinced that it would be very comforting to her to see us as well as hear us. I was right. Mom LOVES this and we feel better being able to see her. Now her grandkids and great grandkids visit her and they all feel like they actually had a visit. Today our daughter and grandsons came over for a picnic in the garage and we were able to call up Meme and let her share in the fun. I have a ton of devices and have set up 100's and this was the easiest ever! We all love it.

Pretty decent for a product that is no longer supported. Wanted it more for my elderly mother to be able to make video calls with Facebook Messenger. And the photo frame aspect is decent as well. The mobile app to manage it is severely lacking in features. Also the fact that there are only about 5 apps you can install on it is disappointing.

I was a little hesitant to try this Facebook device due to all the Facebook issues. However there weren’t too many devices that allowed WhatsApp calling to other countries. This device allows this with great ease. Love the fact that the camera follows your voice and focuses on the right things. Hope Facebook can keep it as secure as it’s now. Note: You do need a Facebook account to use this.

Amazing screen and Sound. Easy to use and quick set up.

Great gift idea and to own works great and convenient.

I bought two of these for my wife. One was sent along with her daughter and grandkids that were moving out of state. Now she can have visits with the g-kids whenever. The screen size is perfect and the camera focuses and zooms around on its own. They're still experimenting with, but it seems to be a hit!

This product is great. The idea is done well and it's perfect for anyone not venturing too far from home these days. It works much better when both parties have a Portal but works well with other devices as well. Only issue is the power. It always has to be plugged in and honestly that sucks. It has no battery capability and that would make a world of difference in the future. Facebook, get on this.
