If they had the battery powered one that you can move around when I got this one I might have given it a higher review. It does work and is perfect for older people if you set it up for them but It could have been so much more. I do find it to be laggy at times.

"Connection is weak - please check WIFI strength" error keeps occurring, even though the signal is excellent and this is a software issue. Facebook knows this, and it's a known issue if you search the web, but they refuse to fix it. Also, after about 6 months of use, the Portal does start lagging as if it has some kind of virus. Odd because it's not ever used to browse web or receive external files, but it sure acts like it is dying.

There is also a restocking fee of $45 if returned within 15 days. I have had it for a month and am very unhappy.
