This is an Awesome product, my daughter moved and we were able to communicate and see each other daily so clearly, the movement feature is excellent!!!!!! plus it serves as a safety feature in her apartment...

We bought this for my disabled brother who is on pandemic lockdown in his assisted living facility. He does not have a smart phone so this device is a godsend! He can easily reach out to family and friends and it’s definitely lifted his spirits. It’s also very reassuring to us, being able to see him during this time.

I bought these for my mother and my sister that just had a baby and lives in another state. I figured it would allow my mother to see her grandson all the time. She doesn’t have a smart phone and Really doesn’t know anything about new technology. This is super easy to set up and once it is... all she has to do is say “portal call lauren”. It even shows any photos we tag her on Facebook. She loves it

Love it! I bought 3 since we're in a pandemic, my elderly parents(in laws)and for my family for us to keep them updated with my 1yr old growth. Older generation easily can use voice prompts and I love that we can all upload photos and we can see them Almost instantly. No regrets here!

Good easy hook up easy install self explanatory great size screen

Like the way the camera zooms when we move :). Great for whats app video /Voice calls. Great sound quality . Few default ( already installed) apps are working fine. I am not using FB / Instagram else i would have added complete review . Could be added an option to install apps from PlayStore .

I recently purchased this for my grandmother that lives in Guatemala. She absolutely loves it and she cried when she thanked me for getting it for her. “It’s perfect for FaceTime, it’s very clear and loud enough”,she says.

Free video calling through Meta Messenger or Whats App

Nice device. We use it for zoom meetings and other video calls. The picture and the mic is clear. The sound is good and you are not going to have a problem hearing others and vice versa. The camera will move if you move to keep you in view. Great buy and useful device for video calling.

My 90 year old mother enjoys using this. It is quite limited but works well for video messaging with Facebook messenger and it's use of voice commands makes it good for the elderly to use. I would not pay full price for it though the sale price made it worthwhile.

Got this to allow video conferencing with family. Facebook doesn't have the best track record with security so I was reluctant to have this device listening in. It's nice that there's a physical switch to disable the camera, microphone or both. It's pretty easy to use and the video quality is great. Especially nice is how the camera will track and zoom in during video calls

The portals have been a surprisingly great way to do family video calls without having them all feel like work calls. Only downside is that this is made by Facebook. We use whatsapp instead and it has some quirks in connecting since whatsapp is on your phone as well.

I bought this for my mom who is in her 70s. It is easier for her than FaceTime and a good way for her to keep in touch with family members virtually. She enjoys that the camera “follows” the person around the room, so they can move around while talking. Pleased with this purchase! Glad I was able to get it during a holiday special.

My wife’s parents live in another country and FaceTime all the time. She is always rigging her phone up so she can talk while cooking etc. I laughed at the commercial but a friend of mine had one and it impressed me enough to know it was exactly what she needed! Still needs a few tweaks to make it perfect but it’s a great purchase for long distance communication

We bought 7 of them. One for each of our immediate family members and especially for my mother in law to see and talk to everyone because we are all spread out in different states. Also with the coronavirus we couldn’t visit. So the Facebook portal kept up connected. We love it!

Works great. Easy to set up. I really like how the screen adjusts the frame if you move, or someone else enters the frame. I also like that I can play my photo albums from my Facebook account. I also bought one for my in-laws. They really like it as well.

One of the best purchases we made. My grandparents are unable to leave the house and their phones and tablets were too quiet or complicated for them to use for video calls. Now they use their portal to talk to family members around the world for hours each day.

I bought this for my mom and she absolutely fell in love with it. She started calling people on it multiple times a day. Great resolution and the sound quality is like the other person is right in the room with you.

A new toy sent to my 90 year old Mom. We did have to first set her up in Facebook and be friends, then use Messenger video call her. Now, video chat on this device with remote families is one of the most enjoyable activities for her while shelter in home.

I bought it for my 78 year old mother so I could get ahold of her when she doesn’t have her cellphone in her hand. I set it up and examined it to her and she’s still having trouble answering it. She still has to walk across her room to answer the call. But when she does answer I love being able to see her.
