Great product, well made and screen is clear! It is good with Facebook video. The Zoom platform is good but not as good as a desktop. It is tough to get used to when you are used to carrying iPads and computers around as this is plugged in all the time. I LOVE the Follow me Camera and it has been very enjoyable so far!

Bought this as a Christmas present for my mother-in-law. She does not speak much English but was able to set it up in Poland. Has high-quality video. She says she likes the fact that is a digital picture frame too.

I love this Facebook - Portal Smart video calling. Great quality of video calling. Definitely, the lightweight and size make it ideal for traveling, I would recommend this product. Setting up it was easy.

Would love to be able to use this for WhatsApp without the phone having to be open . Volume and speaker are excellent. Camera is good and ‘follow and zoom’ feature Works well. I wish the unit could operate without being connected to a power cord to provide more mobility and flexibility. All in all a good purchase .

Pretty awesome way to video chat with my daughter who is 4. 4 stars because I can’t call her on her Messenger for kids so I had to setup another Facebook account to be able to call. Love the interactive features. I love that I can see her if she’s on the floor playing or running around the room as the camera follows.

Using it to communicate with my 90-year-old mother. She previously used her iPad but would often get on the wrong screen or app. We set up her Portal to just use as a video phone. Works great. The speaker is very good and loud enough even though she is hard of hearing. iPad speakers were not sufficient for her.

Facebook Portal is an amazing product. Used to update a group of family members on a loved one's updates while in hospital all at the same time. Great to see and talk to out of state family too. Easy setup too.

So far the product is working excellent. It's value for money as I purchased it at offer price. I would recommended for those we are elderly or children for ease of use.

A vary nice quality product. The clarity is excellent and is so easy to use my 94 year old father learned how to use it and he still using flip phones. I love it, is the best portal in the market and Alexa makes my wife jealous...

I bought 4 of these and gave one to each of the kids. It's been great for keeping in touch with them and the grandchildren. So much more personal when you get to see the group rather than just a phone call. So easy to use the grandkids can call us by themselves.

The Facebook Portal has been an excellent addition to our family and our church. My wife and I have three grown children and 2 grandchildren. The Portal has helped us be able to talk to and see our grandchildren even when there is a great distance between us.

We purchased this for my in-laws and intended to set it up for them since they are not very tech savvy; however, due to covid, we could not do that. Much to our pleasant surprise, they were able to set it up and use it all by themselves!

I purchased this Facebook Portal to visit with family. We even had my granddaughter’s 1st virtual birthday party. I love the convenience and fun features like the story time. I listen to Pandora while cooking. I would recommend the Facebook Portal.

One of the most enjoyable new devices to be introduced in a long time. Great picture quality and very good sound. Needs better setup instructions, Liked lt so much I bought one for my daughter in another city so we could communicate.
