Amazing way to stay in touch with you love ones during these times, me and my family use it every day, we even do pijama party with the kids (long distance), makes us feel so much more connected.

I was hesitant at first about getting this portal. It really makes using Facebook and WhatsApp and other apps a lot more of a fresh experience. I purchased 2 while on sale.

This is the 4th one I have bought for our family to keep in touch and this newer version is even better than the first generation. I am not a techie person and I was able to get it up and running in less than 1/2 hour.

The Portal has been a great way to be able to video chat with my elderly mother. At 87, smart phones and computers are not her thing. This was so easy to set up it made things very simple. Once I set it up at my home, I brought it to the assisted living facility and one of the staff brought it to her room and plugged it in for her. After that it took one short phone call to make sure she was sitting at her desk and when I called on the Portal, we were up and running!

Facebook portal is amazing, my husband and I caught Covid19, with all the sickness that came with it, we were both quarantined, so facebook portal came in handy, so we could keep in touch with our family.

We’ve only used this a couple times so far, and it works extremely well. The only drawback is that you can’t just use the contacts in your phone, it has to be FB or WhatsApp and the people have to accept the invitation.

This was a great way to feel safe with my mother living independently. She can call my brother or I with a simple voice command if she needs us! Easy for seniors to use!

I bought this as a gift for my mom (86 years young) who lives in a different city that I do. I set it up, super simple, it has been great for us to chat and be active at the same time.

We decided to return the favor and purchase our daughter and her new bride the portal after enjoying it over the last year as a gift they had given us. They love it!

Very easy product to use for older people. I bought one for my parents so they're able to video with me and my family. I would highly recommend buying this if that's what you're interested in.

Big improvement from the last version, better wifi connectivity and design. Set up was the same as the previous version (easy enough), and the resolution is great, we loved it!

Love the portal!! We actually purchased for other family members also. Little did we know that during the global pandemic it would come in very handy with keeping in touch with friends and family . Most of all it helped tremendously during my father’s hospitalization for 30 days due to having the coronavirus. We would have all my sisters and my mom and numerous video chats a day for over 30 days. We used it also as a secondary video stream of my daughter in laws virtual baby shower. We did a Zoom meeting with all the guests and then had the portal set up to stream the shower live for those who could not join. It’s really been great to physically see and talk to family and friends all over the country.

Awesome for its main function with communication and video calls however with such a great camera speakers and screen this thing does nothing much else that’s worth the price tag.

Got this so I can spend quality time with my mom beings she’s in different state and due to pandemic were not able to physically be with each other. Works great and easy for her to use.

I bought 4 of these to gift to my relatives in India. I like the camera and voice quality. Good for WhatsApp video calling.

This is absolutely one of the best devices for video calling available. Our family uses this device to keep in contact, especially when COVID cases were at an all-time high, I'm not too crazy about the newer design but it still works well. If you can get it on sale for $80 like I did, it is more than worth the price for what it does. The camera has a good tracking system that allows it to stay focused on you even as you move around. Note, you can perform video calling with anyone who has a Facebook Messenger account on their phone or tablet.

I have my phone back...love the “Whatsup and zoom app” I finally got my phone back, mom is not asking for mine anymore. Easy easy for elderly people to use. I did not give a 5 because can not figure out how to do story tell yet.

Purchased this as a gift for my mom so she can communicate with her sisters in Mexico. She loves it and was pretty easy to set up and connect her accounts to it. Downloading photos is not as easy though.

I bought this for my senior citizen parents and they loved how easy it was to use after the initial setup was done by me
