Kind of hard to program. Once programmed it works very well. Just takes time. Love the loud speaker and dual commany. Alexa or portal command.

I love this portal smart window frame product. it fits right in the living room and displaying my photos of family and friends.

We love our portal! The coolest feature is that it follows you by panning and zooming in and out while on a call so you dont have to stay dormant and you dont have to hold the device either! If you're a bit of a securtiy freak, dont worry, it comes with its own camera cover when not in use. Def recommend this device if you like to make video calls to stay in touch with loved ones through whatsapp

Portal is very good for video calling with family especially during the Covid epidemic. The camera follows you and leaves one hands free.

I purchased the FB Portal as a gift for my out of state family. They love it’s features! The music, speakers, and so much more really make this gift special. Additionally, being able to give commands verbally (“hey portal, call —————“) is awesome. My elderly mother gets a real kick out of this feature. Plus, it’s so much easier than her having to handle the screen. Very pl asked with this purchase. Have since bought one for each of our sons and one of our sons bought one for his son sisters family!

I like the clear picture. Not very much user information came with it though. I wish there was a more thorough guide.
