We're sorry to hear the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses haven't met your expectations and you're experiencing connectivity issues. This isn't the experience we want for you to have.
Often, a simple Bluetooth reset can fix this. Please try forgetting the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing the glasses via the Meta Horizon app.
If the issues persist, please reach out directly to our support team so we can troubleshoot further and get everything working as it should.

if you need a prescription lenses

The neural band quality is poor, made of plastic, and doesn’t seem premium. The charger is also plastic. I highly recommend against buying this product.

Bad launch for Meta

You go into the store for demo without product being available. Secondly, your order but not available until months later. During demo, noticeable glitches and quite frankly, needs time before it will be a smooth running product.

Deceiving at the finest
