Best tactical game for consoles

The missions are very open-ended and toucan choose a stealthy or guns blazing approach or anything in between with a variety of gadgets to choose from. My only gripe is that the base management system seems more like a hassle than an interesting mechanic.

Incredible Stealth Action

Struggled with this one

Don't get me wrong game play is a lot of fun and it is great to jump in to another part of the Metal Gear story, but... The missions have many repetitive tasks, stealth objectives don't incentivize using different weapons, the repeat missions are pretty weak (with the exceptions of subsistence). I put a lot of hours into this game and do have regrets. That should never happen with a Metal Gear title...
