Everything about this game is utterly amazing. The soundtrack is great and I love listening to it, and the combat is full of strategic depth as pretty much every character can use every Archetype. The story is also gripping, though I am only 30 hours in so I dont know how it ends.
If you like persona you'll love metaphor by Atlus.

If you're a persona fan, you're going to love this one! It's its own standalone fantasy RPG and personally I feel it's amazing the artwork, the music, the whole feel of the game is pretty amazing I highly recommend it

The game is a lot more than just fantasy Persona, and there’s a lot here to love whether you’re an SMT/Persona fan or total newcomer. The gameplay is deeply strategic and satisfying, the characters and world building are intriguing, and per Atlus’s usual level of excellence, the audio/visual presentation is off the charts. Is it perfect? No. But does it deserve the praise it’s garnered from fans and critics alike? Yes.

Long time Atlus fan. I've played the shin megami tensei games as well as the persona games. I wasnt sure what to expect from this game, but the archetypes are a cool concept that allow for a great combat customization. The art is fantastic and the story is intriguing. I found myself growing attached to the characters and their stories. The voice acting is great, but I'd wish it was fully voiced. Would definitely recommend.

I have played Persona 5 Royal from Atlus and loved it. The trailers for this game intrigued me. Having played approximately 32 hours now, this game is fantastic! From the story to the game mechanics, I can’t recommend it highly enough! Also, I was able to get the game for $20 less due to the Black Friday sale. Making it an even better deal! You should play this game!

I love this game if you catch it on sale definitely grab it. Graphics are great. It’s got a nice Japanese anime field to it and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Is this game perfect? No, it does feel a bit rushed sometimes in some resolutions. Have I finished it? Not yet, but im enjoying myself.
I touched base with Persona 5 a while back, but I'm considering this my first real Atlus game. It isnt hard to get used to the pass system and paying attention to weaknessess. I love the Archetypes. Being able to set up a party with exactly what you need feels satisfying.
And Hulkenberg. And Basilio. They're my favorites. And of course the MC is just a little babby.

It's a good game. If you're a fan of the Persona games, then this is a no brainer. If you're a fan of JRPGs, then this is worth a try. Is this a game of the year contender? Personally, I don't think so, but there are many others that think otherwise. I just didn't think it was better than some of the other JRPGs I've played recently, nor was it better than Persona 5 Royal in my honest opinion. But again, it's a good game. It's essentially the same old Persona we know and love, but with a different coat of paint. You can easily push through 100 hours of gameplay time if you try to do everything in the game. There's just so much to do in it. It's a solid 8/10 experience.

The game is fun and such a great genre if you're a fan of the persona series this is the game for you It's similar to persona but you can actually attack mobs that are lower level then you I'd greatly recommend this product to Persona fans and even newcomers to this game

It’s a long start getting into the game but it is one of the best experiences I had with ATLUS rpg game. Looking forward in the future if ATLUS continues with the series.

Maybe 15 hours in and everything is fantastic. Story is interesting with a lot to dig into, soundtrack is excellent, and the game looks great.
If you're a fan of Atlas games you won't find a lot that surprises but if you haven't played their games before then this is a cool starting off point.

Having played pretty much all Persona games dating back to P2, this new IP by Atlus is a bold challenge to do something different while keeping some of the turn based JRPG aspects intact. For those that like Persona 5, 4 and even 3 this is worth giving it a shot. Personally looking forward for a sequel of this series

One of the best games, Atlus has ever put out. A culmination of all their work since the 80s has led up to this title with the topics discussed being more relevant as time passes. Combat is smooth as butter and the music is so unique and powerful.

It's Persona if it were set in Game of Thrones. If that sounds appealing you'll love it. Mechanically, this is persona 5. A common complaint I hear about the Persona series is "it sounds cool but the anime high school setting just doesn't appeal to me." Well then this is the game for you. No highschool. No deep references to Japanese culture or history. If anything, this one has more western roots in its medieval cultures and monsters. Hieronymus Bosch was a big influence on the art direction. I personally think it's the best game the persona team has put out since persona 4.
