    Used this when I replaced the factory radio with a Pioneer receiver. It does work, but I don't have the same functionality I had with the factory radio First, the chimes I had are now a warbling squawk. There's no longer a warning if you are about to lock your keys in your car or truck. My truck is a 2004 Colorado. There are no steering wheel controls, so I can't comment on well those functions work. XM and OnStar still have factory functionality. Since I purchased my radio and had it installed at Best Buy, I had to buy this cable from Best Buy. There are cheaper alternatives available out there, but you have to buy what they have for sale. The good news is they will price match with Crutchfield and Amazon, so you can get it at a somewhat better price.
