When I purchased my stereo, back-up camera and all the other goodies needed to install a new stereo I was told I needed one of theese. I guess I did. It did what it was made to do and fit great with my vehicle and new stereo. I haven't had any problems with it.

This product is a must if you plan to replace an older radio in your car.

This Audio port works great and the techs did a very good job installing it. The Geek Squad Install Bay took a lot longer than originally anticipated. Only one person really working. The other technician was always on his personal phone or outside smoking.

I bought this item as a package which included a new radio for my 2005 Silverado. It has the features I wanted like multiple inputs so I can listen to audio books on long trips and a way to charge my cell phone without a specific car charger. I also enjoy the hands free cell phone use I get now. What I don't like (but it is getting better now that I am able to get some practice with the radio) is how the buttons are so sensitive. I will retrieve my sunglasses from the slot underneath the radio face and accidentally hit a button changing the station or I will not hold the source button long enough and the radio will change source instead of turning off. Worse of all, if I touch the volume control wrong the radio will go into setup mode instead of adjusting the volume. All in all I am happy with the package, the radio and the installation.
