    Waited for a young man for quite a while to get a plug that was supposed to work for my needs. He was really polite, told us it might or might not work. So we kinda knew it might be a gamble. But considering i live 45 minutes away, was not trying to gamble. It didn't work, no hard feelings. Still love best buy and their products.
