This GM factory antenna adapter was required to install my new car radio.

I had the system installed by a Best Buy technician and this was required for the installation of the system. Nothing fancy here, gets the job done.

Easy plug and play set up. Recommend you tape it up took keep from founding and open circuit boards

Picked this up as part of my quest to install a new radio in an older vehicle. This does what it need to do to replace the factory radio with a new one.

Geek Squad actually installed this for me, but it seems to work well. The radio reception is far better than it was on my factory radio.

When I purchased my stereo, back-up camera and all the other goodies needed to install a new stereo I was told I needed one of theese. I guess I did. It did what it was made to do and fit great with my vehicle and new stereo. I haven't had any problems with it.

Geek Sqauad used the Antenna when they installed my stereo in my conversion van. It works great picks up all my local stations just fine,

The converter worked with my old truck for the new radio I installed on my 94 Chevy Blazer S10! No issues so far.

This Audio port works great and the techs did a very good job installing it. The Geek Squad Install Bay took a lot longer than originally anticipated. Only one person really working. The other technician was always on his personal phone or outside smoking.

This product is a must if you plan to replace an older radio in your car.

I bought this item as a package which included a new radio for my 2005 Silverado. It has the features I wanted like multiple inputs so I can listen to audio books on long trips and a way to charge my cell phone without a specific car charger. I also enjoy the hands free cell phone use I get now. What I don't like (but it is getting better now that I am able to get some practice with the radio) is how the buttons are so sensitive. I will retrieve my sunglasses from the slot underneath the radio face and accidentally hit a button changing the station or I will not hold the source button long enough and the radio will change source instead of turning off. Worse of all, if I touch the volume control wrong the radio will go into setup mode instead of adjusting the volume. All in all I am happy with the package, the radio and the installation.

Not sure if the adapter or the new stereo helped my reception but either way I’m good with it
