    Leave it to GM to use an odd size antenna cord for their older stereo units. This makes the installation of a new unit much easier. It is strictly a size adapter from the factory cord to the socket in the new unit. So simple to use, even an old guy like me could do it.

    The 2001 Chevrolet Silverado was receiving a new upgraded radio unit and Best Buy had the adapter for sale to help make the installation complete. The Best Buy price match helped in the competitive pricing marketplace and was sold to me for the best legitimate price that I found and presented to Best Buy.
