Disappointing, AM not working, Geek Squad no help.

Geek Squad confirmed it would work in my Passat. It was installed by the Geek Squad. I failed to confirm that all its features worked before I left. ( I assumed Geek Squad would have done this.) AM radio is not working. Not sure if the problem is the antenna because we have to set up an appointment for the Geek Squad to determine the problem. They were not as helpful dealing with this problem as they were when we were buying the product. During a phone conversation regarding the problem, the Geek Squad member said it was probably a manufacturer's issue, leading me to believe this is not the first time they had this issue. They should have checked everything before they turned the car back to me.
