Nominal, but not the best

Flimsy, the bracket broke at one of the radio mounting corners. Super glue to the rescue. If there is another brand out there...I would probably try it before using this one. That said, the radio has been installed for about a month and the mounting bracket seems to be holding up okay.

Once I got the OEM deck and cubby out, it was immediately apparent that for a single DIN stereo going into the Mazda I was working on, the kit is redundant and not needed. Seemed like a nice enough product, but I returned it.

It does what it's supposed to, but it was difficult to install. The settings in the brackets seemed to be just *slightly* off which was frustrating and took quite a bit of time to correct. The plastic is flimsy and one of the pieces was broken when I opened the package. As this was the ONLY option for installing an after-market stereo in my Protogé5 I couldn't really recommend a better option. Fortunately, I haven't had any problems since the install.

Not a quality fit. It seems forced in the space and one side is not very securely attached.

I just so happen to have a "rare" Miata trim level apparently. The OEM pioneer unit was a wonkey size and they don't make a perfect replacement for it. I will have to get the lower level dash bezel to make it fit.

I really like clean installs on my 1994 turbo miata and the fit of this is awful. There is a 1/2" gap that goes all the way across the top and the cubby doesn't even fit in the tombstone. Super disappointed with this product, DO NOT BUY if you want a clean install

When I received the item it was cracked. Already had my stereo out of the dash so had to use it, but had to install it upside down for it to work.
