Camera looks good has the assist parking for helping. Depending on how it is set up it may be a bit too high or low.

bulky haven't seen how it stands up to the carwash yet.

Very quick process and the employees stayed with me to make sure that the equipment worked properly. Had difficulty connecting my phone and they read through the manual and realized it was just an issue of needing to be connected.

So far so good. This is the third one we have had and hopefully the last.

It just was not as impressive - as I expected. I am way more impressed with backup sensors not the camera However my use of it was 2 days as I was high speed rear ended and my vehicle including the camera was totaled after 2 days !

Travis installed this camera and it works great. As you back up the Camera follows the way you back up.

Seems to be working fine for now connected to pioneer stereo. Almost looks black and white at night.

The camera was installed and it has a very clear display.

Great product would give five stars if it had back up sensor . So when you get close to cars it sounds off.

I purchased this item on May 26th as a present for my daughter. After opening this recently we found that the item is not what the employee at Best Buy told us it would be. He told us it was a wireless back-up camera however it does not appear to have that ability. Why would I buy the phone mount to be used as the viewer by phone if it was not wireless? Today on the 18th day after purchase I attempted to return item. Store clerk and Manager refused to make an exception to the ridiculous 14 day return policy. If known to buyers why anyone would purchase anything from Best Buy as a gift is crazy. How can Best Buy expect people to purchase something in advance for someone else and if an issue to most often return it in 14 days. I understand having a policy on window to return but 14 days is ridiculous, 30 seems much more logical. That said given the poor customer service of the employee who provided incorrect information on the product capability and the inflexibilty of the store manager to come to a resolution I have made the decision not to purchase gifts from Best Buy ever again. I also do not plan to purchase from Best Buy for personal reasons again unless a refund would be granted.

Bought this gift for a senior citizen neighbor who is still driving (fast, with some tailgating and neither offensively nor defensively.) However it is a definite welcomed gift which shines bright light in the front and side yard at dawn, dusk and nighttime. She can get to the house and back with bright light timed for her.

Other than there being a 6-8 second delay prior to seeing the image, it is not bad for the money.

camera is decent but the active parking line feature is novice and not very responsive or helpful. Would not go with this unit in the future as I have used the Pioneer on another car and video quality was much better

OK in daylight, but very poor at night or when the weather is overcast. I am asking BB to remove this product from my vehicle. Installation was good, timely and by a qualified person. Two stars because the backup camera works "OK" SOMETIMES.
