I had $50 back up camera from Amazon(it had bad seals and water got in the lense), the video quality was leaps and bounds ahead of this one. I already rewired everything for this camera. Disappointed at the $100 for a potato back up camera.

The picture didn’t seem all that clear even in the day time . Looked sorta distorted . I was more upset with the guide lines and how they’re supposed to turn while you’re backing up . They were extremely delayed and didn’t feel the need to spend the extra money for a feature that doesn’t work properly .

The LED lights on this camera really help at night.

The active guidelines do not even come close to depicting where the car is going are have nothing to do with steering input. They also are directly in your field of vision and distracting, despite adjusting them as much as it would allow.

Returned, Never used. Bust Buy sales person messed up the order and install. Canceled project.

Initially I thought the camera was great, however upon backing up I realized that the back up lines appear to look a little cartoonish, witch did nothing but distract me. Yes the lines do move but not instantaneously as you need them to if you want to avoid something at an instant. Overall this backup camera is as good as the rest but I prefer one with less distractions.

It came with the Radio that I had purchased but it's $150 just to get it installed no thank you

I can buy these online for 20 bucks and charged me a 100 I feel it's quite overpriced

BestBuy install team should make it clear they charge for this install even though they installed the radio for free at the same time Everything about scheduling the install was a train wreck but the final installation went ok... They just charged me when I was never told I would have to pay.

I bought thinking the camera had either a viewing screen or worked with an app on your phone. Advertised as easy to install on any car but what they failed to tell you is that the car has to be equipped with the radio to receive the signal. The cost to replace my radio would have been several hundred dollars more plus the cost of installation.

Too difficult to keep top and burners clean. Not enough time permitted for return. Only allows about two weeks. I regret purchasing.

not terrible, but exchanged for the metra back up camera. not a fan of the ‘square’ look.
