    Returned unopened when I found out it couldn’t be stalled for over a month. It’s not fair to review the product but a review of Best Buy in order here

    Had it for 9 months. Develops a very cloudy image when weather is hot and humid. BestBuy said their warranty had expired and told me to contact the manufacturer, which I did. iBeam warranty was valid, but they refused to honor it because I did not have the original receipt. This was a Christmas gift. Customer service needs to be improved. I'll replace it with another brand.

    This thing is a piece of junk. First one didnt work even 4 months. They covered under warranty. The second one made it just pass a year and gave out so out of warranty. No help from Best Buy. Will most likely not buy anything in future from them. I told them I wanted the best quality one they had but got junk. Replacement was junk.
