Alarm No Longer Works.

Inappropriate wire harness for deck
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This wire harness was matched to the stereo ( Pioneer - CD - Built-In Bluetooth - Apple® iPod®-Ready - In-Dash Receiver with Wireless Remote - Black/Silver/Red/Pink/Violet) I purchased from Best Buy. It was the wrong harness. Fortunately, the tech recognized this and was able to swap it out for the correct harness (and the correct one was in stock). Because of this, I don't recommend you buy a wiring harness on-line. Buy it from the installer (Geek Squad in my case).

Wrong connectors

All you have to do is match up the colors from the harness that comes with the radio you buy. Snaps right in. My truck had 2 harnesses connected to the stock radio so at first i was confused, but after talking to the guy at bestbuy he convinced me that the extra in the dash was just for extra power for the additional features of my stock radio, he was right. You only need this 1 harness to make your radio work. 4 stars on value because I feel it was overpriced. Hope this helps.

Connected my Pioneer to factory Ford
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The connector allowed me to attached my Pioneer receiver to the factory Ford wiring harness. I did not have to cut any wires. I just soldered splice the Pioneer wires to the harness and plugged it in.
