Staff got me the wrong adapter

The associate was very nice and did go to the trouble of looking up my part and finding it in the back. The actual adapter does connect to the factory plug but the pin configuration is completely different. The part is totally useless and the store wouldn't take it back because I had stripped the wires. I hope it was just a one off incident but it has scared me from ever buying anymore car audio from Best Buy. Unfortunately thanks to Covid I don't have the spare money to purchase another. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Wrong wiring harness.

The associate was pleasant and openly admitted that the “car stereo guy” left a couple months ago and that they really don’t have anyone that knows car stereo equipment.

Does not fit 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

Dose not fit specified vehicle

Dose not fit. Would not recommend if you drive a 2007-2014 Dodge Avenger. I trust Best Buy for all my speaker needs but this is very discouraging.

Didn't match car

Beware only works up till 2010 jeep
