It worked, bring a drill...

Only 2 of the 3 holes lined up with the factory holes in the door - I still had to drill a third hole to use this adapter. In addition, none of the holes for the speakers lined up and I needed to drill holes to mount the speaker in this adapter. It only required drilling through plastic, so it wasn't a big deal - but if you are looking for an exact fit adapter that doesn't require you to drill or do any extra work, this is not the right adapter for you.
