Terrible Packaging, Collector items always damaged

First package- the two came smashed from the bubble mailer. The next three I got were free floating with a couple of those plastic air bag fillers in a huge box. They looked like they had been dropped multiple times before they were packaged and then again while being banged around in the box. Returning them all and no longer getting collectors items that I care about from Bestbuy. I’m upset that I wasted my time and chose to go with them when I could’ve bought from somewhere else and had 1 that was in decent shape and avoided the entire hassle. But now of course the only ones available are from Best Buy, and chances are that they’re all in this beat up condition now because most of them will be returns from customers like me. At least when you contact customer support, they let you know that they’re happy to inform you your purchase is eligible for return! They really just don’t care about the quality of their products, nor have any care about what the customer is experiencing. This is not the first time this happened to me with a collectors edition item with them, but it will be the last.

Really nice special edition

The steelbook is also nice, although I kind of wish it had come with the normal plastic case as well. As mentioned in other reviews, the exterior box was slightly damaged in shipping (corners bent), but the contents inside other than that were undamaged.
