Metroid Dread Special Edition Nintendo Switch

It arrived as if it was a previously purchased and returned item, the artbook looked like it was dented as was the large Nintendo box. The storm manager reduced it to half the price, so I was satisfied with the purchase.

Great game, bad package via shipping, no bonus set

Box corners got beat up via UPS. Content box also damage. Since there is no way to exchange, I hope Bestbuy will care more about packaging to this masterpiece.

I received it with all four corners damaged and already opened. No more collector’s edition purchases from Best Buy for me.

Terrible shipping practice, do better BestBuy.

The game came dented, bruised, and it was abused so much that the sticker that shuts the top came off.
