I never beat the game on GameCube, I only got past the first level. I do have to say the game is a lot less difficult than I remember. I think I was 7 years old when I originally played it. :P

Never got a chance to play this when i was younger so its great that they made a remake. And best buy gave me an extra 10$ off for being a member on their app so that was nice

truly incredible. One of the best and most innovative FPS games ever made. Still stands the test of time and this remaster is absolutely gorgeous. It's basically a remake when it comes to graphical fedelity.

All remasters should follow in this way. Metroid Prime with modern fps controls or you can play the old school way. It’s amazing like it was on GameCube now even better.

Incredible game with a new coat of paint and runs very well. Definitely a game to pick up if you haven’t played it before but even players of the GameCube games will enjoy this trip down memory lane!

My child hood in glorious high rez graphics and new control options for funzies! Metroid prime is and always shall be the greatest fps ever!

Amazing. Nostalgia from younger years but the updated controls are awesome. Enjoying retreading and remembering the stuff from the original time around. I think it’s better this time with the updated controls scheme

A game with massive replay value. This game is rich in atmospheric exploration, and a fantastic sense of progression. This is an absolute must for Switch Owners especially with it’s amazing price point for Nintendo.

I played the original game when it came out and thought it was a masterpiece. I played this game from beginning to end and enjoyed even more. I would recommend this game to anyone that wants to experience Metroid.

The graphics look great for a Switch game. Its a nice remake and a good way to get into the Metroid series.

I played this back on the Gamecube many years ago and it played really well. Though there are some smaller changes, at the core, it is intact. I've had a blast reconnecting to my younger years.

This game retains all the best elements of the original, but improves upon all the visuals and adds support for controls not available when the original game was released. Best looking game on switch!

This is a great game, it could of been better with all three now classic Prime titles of the Metroid series, but its a step. It looks really good and plays smooth on the nintendo Switch.

Now this is how a remaster is done! It makes the original look like crap in comparison and the original still looks good and holds up to this day, but this is far better than the original!
