Im a big fan of metroid and the remake was awesome!!!!!! I cant out the game down

While I do have the GC version for the price I felt an upgrade was worth it and it was for most of it. I haven't played this game for almost fifteen years and going back to it know left me with mixed feelings. While graphically it looks great obviously superior to the GC version but the overall gameplay and story didn't entice and pull me like it had years before. There's really nothing wrong with the game as it plays great and the atmosphere really has that dramatic isolation and danger feeling but again after all this time my love for the game has waned it seems. The price is worth it but if you have never played Metroid before or are like me played the original but are unsure of the remaster try out a demo first before purchasing the game.

Classic game will always be one of my favorites in the metroid series
