Fantastic game, made much better by the updated graphics and control scheme. Also, the 3D metroidvania style gameplay works really well as the sort of game you’d pick up and play on the couch, which is a great added bonus.

The game transitioned to 3-D originally in 2003. Remaster has updated controls for dual stick it works really well and you still have the lock on button from the original gate.  this game is still a lot of fun to play and still great.

The Metroid Prime remaster makes for a great time. With updated controls and graphics it is an amazing play. Whether you’re returning or playing for the first time you are in for a great time!

Before Metroid Prime 4 comes out I decided to replay the original Metroid Prime. Now Remastered, this game has not aged a day and is still one of the best single player FPS games ever released.

I love they made this game available in physical form vs digital only. The game looks great, beautifully remastered. Controls are smooth and gameplay is awesome! I highly recommend! (Even if this is your first Metroid experience)

Best game on GameCube, is back. I thought that the pointer controls would be best ala the Wii Trilogy, but no, I think the dual-stick + a little bit of motion was the best control. Runs great. Wish it was longer.

This is called a remaster but the amount of effort put into updating the visuals puts it more in line with something like the Shadow of the Colossus PS4 remake. Really great way of experiencing Metroid Prime (which is fantastic but you probably already knew that).

This remaster is very well done! It really plays well with good performance on Switch and great visuals! I think its the definitive way to play the game!

Incredible that this game is 20 years old, with just a graphics redo and modern controls it became one of the best games on Switch. Whether you've played the original or not, new to Metroid or not, it's worth playing.

Arguably one one the best remasters of one of the greatest games ever made by nintendo. It feels like a whole new experience compared to the original. Many great control styles and beautiful graphics with a smooth 60 fps.

Love this remastered version on the Switch! Very nostalgic and brings back great memories playing this game on the game cube. Graphics are definitely an upgrade and the controls feel natural. Highly recommend!

Metroid Prime remastered is a great game with good graphics on the Switch. Old school gameplay with modern controls is also a nice touch.

Prime was one of the best games for the Gamecube and I can not wait to play it with better visuals and tighter controls on the Switch!

Nintendo has done an amazing job bringing this classic up to modern visual standards. The gameplay remains amazing, though some annoyances from an older age remain in level design and navigation systems.

A classic reborn and remade into a truly beautiful game. This looks nothing like the remasters I've ever seen. This game runs perfectly, looks amazing, and is addicting. I highly recommend it.

An amazing game originally, now updated with modern graphics and plenty of control options. Whether you played this game when it originally came out, new to the series, it anywhere I'm between... Buy. This. Game.

Played the original on the Gamecube; it’s wonderful to see this game get visually updated as it looks so much cooler. Updated controls help tremendously and gives a better playing experience.
