Even more perfect than before

Feels like coming home

What is truly incredible about this version of the game is just how well the original game design has aged. Much like the Demon's Souls remaster, this is a stunning visual upgrade with some quality-of-life enhancements, yet with the core of the original very much present. Also, this game looks incredible. YouTube videos and screenshots don't do the visuals justice. It is by far the most graphically impressive game on the Switch, and frequently rivals the other consoles.

Fantastic remaster, but missing some features

Runs perfectly and looks amazing for a switch game. Unfortunately nintendo cut some features of the original, like the ability to play the original metroid from the menu as an unlockable. But ran perfectly all the way through with no framerate dips or glitches. Definitely recommend it and hopefully they remaster prime 2 and 3.
