Bought it for my wife. Doesn’t work correctly with the Apple iPhone. Says it does but really doesn’t.

Looks good on my wife’s wrist.as good quality as the apple or fit bit . Plus it’s unique. Great purchase

Its cute I love the color and the texture everything it’s so cute the only thing it was to big on me.

The watch is light weight and very classic looking and calculates your daily steps and awesome to go see whose calling or texting ... too cool!

Battery life is poor, does not retain charge for more than a few hours even when not being used.

Hard to move arround in the settings and watch. Battery is low quality.. only last about 3 hrs.

Love the watch and the turn around time for delivery through the pandemic it still made it in a decent time frame.

This watch has a nice classic look. It's rose gold and has the two buttons and rotary knob on the side. In order for it to fit my wife I had to remove about four links, which without the proper tools took some work, but that would be the same for all watches. Setup is quick and easy, you just follow the instructions on the watch to pair your phone and find your wifi network. The included book is quite large, but doesn't really contain much information. It's just a few sentences in a lot of different languages. The faces are easily customized and there are many different color options to choose from for each different area of the dial. Of course there are additional watch faces that you can download to fit your style. Now, on to some negatives that I've found. First, and this will be huge for a lot of people, if you have an iPhone, then this watch will basically just be a watch and fitness tracker. While it can connect to your phone via bluetooth, that's it. You will not be able to check your email or send or receive messages on this watch. This seems backwards to me as most manufacturers build to iOS before any other OS since they are all the same versus the many different OS of other phone manufacturers. Not having the ability to read emails or send and receive messages is a dealbreaker for me. This is basic stuff that any smartwatch should be able to do. I'm sure support for these functions will be available in the future, but it is not currently supported. Next, you will want to be careful with this watch. I'm sure the glass is strong, however, the screen is fully exposed with no bezel to protect it. This isn't terrible as this isn't meant to be a rugged watch, but it is something to be mindful of. For as limited as this watch is, (lack of emails/messages/notifications, etc.), the battery life seems short. After four hours of wearing it and only checking the time twice, the battery went from 100% to 89%. You will most likely need to charge it every night. For reference, I use my Samsung Gear S3 Frontier every day. From 100% charge, checking the time many times a day, along with receiving roughly 20 emails per day and several text messages (which I use the watch to respond to), my battery will last two full days. By 6:00 pm the second day my battery will still be at 30-35%. As for the charger, it is a simple disc about the size of a quarter and is magnetic. You simply slide it on the back of the watch. It does charge quickly. The back of the watch has a bulge which is used for the heartrate monitor. This makes the watch a little uncomfortable as it presses into your wrist. I believe it should be flat like any other watch. Overall, if you're looking for a statement piece, then this is a great watch. If you're looking for a feature packed watch, I would look elsewhere. If you're on Android, you will have a better experience with this watch.

After a few days with the Michael Kors Access smartwatch, it appears to be a product that is good but not great.It is wonderful for notifications and style but has some usability issues. Here is my full review. Liked: This thing looks amazing, in rose gold it looks like any other high end watch my Michael Kors with no sacrifice in appeal or quality. The watch is not too thick and it feels extremely durable just like an analog watch. Setup is easy, download the Wear OS app and follow the instructions, it will link to Google Fit and is mostly automated. Download the google fit app as well so you can track your activity. The screen is amazing. The OLED colors pop and are great in all lighting conditions. The buttons feel sturdy and the dial is useful for scrolling around the interface. Notifications work well and are reliable. The watch bands are interchangeable, the unit comes with the metal band and a extra clasp. You can buy new bands from Michael Kors, I believe they sell leather ones as well. Fitness tracking works well over a large range of exercises. The heart rate monitor does a good job and the step tracker seems accurate enough. Google fit syncs up with a lot of different apps for overall health tracking. It is supposed to be swim proof and includes GPS for runs. Battery life is not too bad. If I take it off the charger at 7:45 AM I will be at about 45% by 9 PM. Since it doesn’t do sleep tracking I just put it on the charger for the night. Disliked: The watch does not do sleep tracking. If it does I never figured out how since it doesn’t seem to be baked into any of the apps in any obvious way. The unit felt laggy to me. This happens a lot shortly after setup as can be somewhat expected due to the setup and downloading of apps, but even after full setup, there were times where the interface felt sluggish. I like the dial navigation but movement and scrolling isn’t as smooth as I would have liked with this. I don’t think this watch is really designed for fitness as it is more of a high end metal design, there is no included silicon strap and it is somewhat heavy. The interface works but it is not the most intuitive thing out there, you will have to fumble with various scrolling to get to where you want. I wasn’t able to wear it the first day since I needed to get it resided. I took it to Michael Kors and they did it for free for me. Summary: The pros outweigh the cons of this watch to me but the drawbacks felt like enough to hold it back from being a great watch and keeps it in just the average territory. It felt much more like form over function to me. It is useful and practical. If I were solely rating it on looks, it would be a perfect score, but with the Wear OS integration it is more of a 3 out of 5.

i got this for my wife and she love it . this smartwatch by michael kors is what she was hopeing ti get.

Its really nice quality. Battery life is pretty good. Wish they had more options for straps in store which is the only downfall.

Decided to treat myself so I purchased this watch it is the best. I can do everything with this watch.

Works great! Had some issues with initial set up but once I got it working I haven't had an issues
