One star because I bought it for my daughter she’s 20 yrs old. Birthday gift. She charges it and starts using it the next day. It froze and the battery was drained in 2 hours even when not in use I don’t know if it was defective.

Does all the same things a samsung or garmin would with a michael kors name.

Works perfect even away from the phone very easy to understand

I was ill informed when I ordered watch it is beautiful but basically not that user friendly and worst yet has no microphone speaker. therefore you can answer phone but must use actual phone to converse or by a blue tooth ear bud. my 59.95 Beantech does everything. Save your money and by a MK purse or outfit.

Doesn’t provide notifications although it’s supposed to be compatible with iPhone. Really poor quality, cannot return since it was a gift and it was opened outside of the return window.

Easy to use but getting heated soon but a good looking one

This watch was terrible. Had to return the first one. Then the second one... It's back fell off. And the hassle and cost to go through the warranty process is not ideal.

Looks really pretty but the system itself is soooo slow. If you’re coming from an Apple Watch this one might be very frustrating. It takes forever to respond when unlocking and connecting to the WearOS app/phone.

This is a beautiful stylish looking MK women's watch which is also a smartwatch. Make no mistake as this watch although stylish and chic is a large watch which measures in at 41mm. The watch is stainless steel with a gold tone color. Personally speaking, I tend to love large watches, but for those women who have smaller hands, the bulk of the watch may be an issue. If you are looking for that ultra-sleek, slim looking watch this may not be for you. As with any watch, you may have to size it to your wrist size before use. There are many reviews which mention short battery life. MK advertises that the rechargeable battery will last about 24 hours under heavy usage. I found that to be pretty accurate. Short battery life is an issue with smartwatches, as the more you use them, the less time your battery lasts. Hopefully smartwatch in the future will solve this problem, perhaps by using a self wind mechanism to generate power, or possibly make them solar powered to boost battery life. The greatest feature of this watch is the ability to personalize the watch face. That's really a neat option so have fun with it. The MK watch paired with my iPhone XS flawlessly and is also compatible with an Android phone. Watch is also water-resistant to almost a 100 feet, which is great for those scuba diving ladies. It has SMS, email, calendar, and application notifications. It is also marketed with the ability to track distance, calories burned, sleep activity, heart rate and your steps taken. You will have to move and secure it on your arm just above your wrist for some of these functions to work properly. That's why its important to have it sized to your wrist properly. My overall impression? The MK watch should be a welcomed addition to anyone's watch collection. The MK worked as advertised and I encountered no problems. I can't downgrade the MK because of battery life, as you can obtain an 75-80% charge in an hours time. MK is on my recommended list. Enjoy your new smartwatch. .

Wouldn’t connect to iPhone I bought this as a gift to a picky friend and she returned it in exchange for apple gift card. I don’t blame her.

Bought this for my wife. She uses an iPhone. Very little interaction with the phone, no txt messages or alerts from iOS. Might work better with Android, but sucks with iOS.

Not great, limited option plus hardware is certainly not as complete as a samsung tech. Has no call function or speaker. Plain and simple.
