Great product. I have been using Microsoft's product for years and they are great.

It is Great quality. User friendly. Compatible with windows. Great for small businesses.

I purchased this from the retailer where I bought my new laptop. Subsequently, I had issues with transferring my old Outlook files into the updated Outlook program. After working extensively with a Microsoft rep, I found out I paid WAY too much for the Office 365 suite. I could have purchased it directly from Microsoft. Would I still have had data transfer issues had I done that? Maybe. But I would have paid a lot less for the Office suite! Despite my issues with setting up the products, it's still a requirement for my business, so I have to recommend this updated version.

I’ve been using MS 365 Business Standard for two years now and highly recommend it for small business owners, especially if your clients also use MS applications like PowerPoint or Excel. Not only is the software good, but the Helpdesk is incredibly good and on several occasions helped me resolve issues. Very little wait time to speak with a customer service rep who on each occasion was very knowledgeable.

If I Could Give it a zero I would cause I never got to use it. Somehow someone used the code and stole the software. I called Best Buy and you guys blamed go daddy and Microsoft. . Go daddy and Microsoft both said there is nothing they can do cause I bought it from Best Buy. So now what? I’m out the software and what I paid for it because Best Buy is the only one who gives you a code to set up the software?? Not ok

I love Microsoft products as a whole. I purchased this because I was informed I would need all of the applications for work my job but they ended up providing me with a work laptop that was preloaded with all of the applications. I installed these onto my new personal laptop and I am very pleased

Fine looking and performing machine. Start up was easy with no glitches.

Great product. Upgrade to my 2002 version. However, Microsoft Publisher is not included as I was told when I purchased this software.

I just started my own business and Best Buy's Geek Squad advised programming I would need and assisted in getting all software downloaded onto my new computer. It was a great service to have, especially when you are used to having a company IT team assist. Highly recommended, not only for their computer skill(s) knowledge but kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure your setup/any issues are resolved prior to leaving the store.

Couldn't been any easier. Followed the printed instructions and everything went smooth. The downloads were quick. No problems with any of the instructions on the website. They were written so even a beginner would understand what to do.

As a new remote worker, I needed Microsoft 365. It is more than I expected.

hard to install and is not supported by Microsoft and I had a week long of frustration getting this software installed on my computer

Purchased this item, but have not been able to figure out how to install it. The instructions they emailed me do not work. They keep telling me to go to the digital library, but there is nothing there. I need a network key, but have no idea how to get it.

I bought the Microsoft 365 lifetime plan, not the 12 month plan. Also, when the geek squad installed it on my new laptop it was not installed correctly, so currently I don’t even have it one there, because it keeps asking me to purchase the plan.

I like Office 365 and it really is essential for my work. A friend told me it would be difficult to get set up and it was! However, I had great support from Microsoft and it is great now.

It is a must-have software for small start-up businesses. It has everything you need as you begin to develop your business. It works with Windows and Apple.

Need to become familiar with all the new features and benefits. I learned on a typewriter in High School so going to need to do some tutorials on the "Cloud" and many new features. Not sure how secure the Cloud is. Will study up and find out.
