Q: can I use one account on my multiple computers and tablets and smartphones?
A: I am still trying to get the software loaded to my new pc. Best Buy wasn’t able to finish loading it. I tried myself and got an error code. Spent almost an hour on the phone with support and gave up. Heading back to Best Buy today to see if they can finish the install. Would not buy the professional version again but to answer your question, yes, the professional version is able to be loaded on up to 5 devices whereas the home version is only good for 1 device
Q: I think this comes with security software but can't find the information. Can you tell me about it?
A: No it doesn't , and the program will not download .. I bought this with a new lap top . Don't recommend getting it. I bought it a month ago and still haven't been able to use it , waste of time and money. and energy.
