I was given wrong information concerning my purchase.

I've tried to return it to Best Buy with no results so far. The product does not work for me and Best Buy it is a non returnable product although this was never stated at the time of purchase.

I did have to return a computer that I paid for Microsoft office but I didn't check to see if I was charged again after I returned the computer and exchanged it for a different one. The salesperson told me that the subscription would automatically transfer. I don't recall a double charge on my credit card so I would have to say that it's on here twice because I switched computers.

Don't Buy MS 365 Subscriptions through BestBuy

Absolutely the worse!
