My yearly Microsoft 365 subscription from Best Buy makes my renewal process a breeze. Best Buy always reminds me when my yearly payment is due and this forgetful person needs the reminder in order to prevent my subscription from being cancelled. Then, if I don't cancel, my payment is taken out automatically. Easy pezy. If I have any problems with the software, Geek Squad will help me. I appreciate all of the help that Best Buy offer to their customers. I love using Microsoft 365 and I recommend it as a helpful tool for your projects.

365 Family Yearly Subscription works well for the work we need to do as a retired couple. The automatic renewal makes it easy to keep this product up-to-date and we don't need to worry about renewal dates!

The renewal process through Best Buy was very easy. Microsoft 365 works as expected. It's the standard office suite, and everything is running fine after the renewal.

The subscription provides us with a peace of mind against the inevitable going wrong in our electronics. I simply call the number given and get set up with an appointment with a professional tech person. The Geek Squad has some truly remarkable techs who solve hard stuff really quickly. The fee for going on site is new but given the time involved for the tech it is very worthwhile!!

This Roku was on sale and well worth the price. Easy hook up. Works with any TV. It turns the TV on and off and is a voice remote which is really convenient, just push the mike button and make a request. It was an upgrade from my old Roku and what a difference. If you want convenience, I would definitely spend the extra few bucks and get this model.

Easy annual renewal, stays up to date for entire family

HP Smart Tank Plus 650 series hp printer. I liked especially the life of the ink. I notice sometimes it took several minutes to print. I think theres is a problem with the command PRINT.

Works as it should. I don’t use Powerpoint. I do like word and excel. I have been using them for years. One Drive is hard to find documents on. It saves too many and I have to keep turning it off.

Meets our needs for all the Microsoft related items. We are not power users.
