It was an auto renewal . I did not request therenewal

No really worth it. It costs a lot of money for this one.

Too expensive. I take care of most of my items. They still have not redolve the issues with my laptop

I'm very pleased with Microsoft 365, but I no longer have a family yearly subscription.

I have always preferred Microsoft, I used to buy the program cd every year. It really really makes me mad that I have to pay a yearly subscription or Microsoft locks me out of my own files on my computer. Not everyone wants to live their life and all their files online. I HATE IT that you can lock me out of my own files if I do not pay you yearly. But you have me between a rock and a hard place, so I have to pay you yearly!

No problems with renewal. Did noT receive an invoice for taxes. If I would receive invoice then I would raise rating.

Have this because so many people and businesses use it. Feel like the the price is high for a yearly subscription.

Price keeps going up. Not much new. Last year to buy the alternate lifetime title version.

Microsoft has ruined Word with its remake. The Word 10 was fabulous. When will companies learn to leave well enough alone? We would be happy to pay more for a real, complete version we don't have to update each year. Guess they have nothing better to do than mess with people?

Don't see anything particularly new in this product. Just a way to keep getting your money each year.

Disappointing that microsoft is so expensive and has to be renewed every year.

This is a mess it keeps putting my stuff and my husband’s together even though we prefer to keep them separated. I lost all my favorites too.

It’s little awkward to get family members set up with the product

I am NOT dissatisfied with the product, simply the cost. It is outrageous that I have to pay for the same product I have used for years and years. I paid for the product when I first bought a computer. Now I am paying FOR LIFE!!! NOT HAPPY.

I am very disappointed & frustrated w the BestBuy purchase (… not the MS Product). I’d never used the Product but BestBuy charged me $12.11 for cancellation. BestBuy services have gone down hill and I sm cancelling my credit card.
