Give us the Product Key upon payment

Why is getting the Product Key nearly impossible? The phone chat was no help. The online chat also gives the run around. Currently waiting for latest Agent transfer. I have been on annual subscription payment for years. Now that I am trying to add a new computer, I can not access the required product key. Can not fathom reason for making the access code invisible to consumer. Will not be renewing next year. If needed to update will buy a physical copy so the product key is always there.
